Workshop for two in Yakuruda

Trahana is a dried grain product, often made from wheat or another type of grain. It is a traditional dish in the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions. The dry product is crumbs or coarse granules. Trahana can be used in soups, stews or even eaten on its own.
Come and let's cook trahana together in Yakurud style in the authentic setting
In some cultures, trahana is considered a traditional food and there are variations in preparation and use. It is known for its taste, long shelf life and nutritional value. Its purpose is to be used for winter food, but it is so tasty that it can be eaten all year round. It is prepared with tomatoes, roasted peppers, onions and slices. The "secret" ingredient is yeast. It is known for its slightly sour taste.
