Create your own unique picture using the linocut technique!

The workshop will start with useful information about linocut - what the technique is, what can be made with it, specifics of the method. Then we move on to the actual part.

You will start by copying a finished image onto a special sheet of linoleum using rice paper. Then you will move on to working with the cutters - carving the drawing. Then paint is applied to the linoleum, and the image is placed on a sheet of paper. The technique is known as letterpress. You can take the finished picture immediately.

This experience is suitable for anyone who loves to create, attend interesting art classes and make new contacts. We are waiting for you!

• Linocut workshop for two people at Listopadna Art Gallery, Sofia
• Production of an A5-sized painting according to a pre-selected template, which remains for you
• All necessary materials - linoleum for engraving, cutters, paper, linocut paint, roller
• Safety materials - apron and gloves

Additional information:

• The experience lasts 120-150 minutes.
• The experience is held in a group of 1 to 4 participants.
• Each participant creates one painting, which remains for him and can be taken immediately after the end of the workshop.
• The service is suitable for people over 16 years old.
