The menu includes:

• 2x Mixed leaf salads Frieze, Lolo Rosso, green salad, served with farm cow cheese, topped with roasted nuts, cherry tomatoes, pickled radishes, grilled apple, garnished with roasted walnuts, drizzled with citrus dressing
• 2x Appetizer: Shrimp tempura with rice chips, served with zucchini, carrot and eggplant ragout, seasoned with garlic, fresh thyme and chives, topped with Tentsuyu sauce, garnished with parsley chips
• 2x Main course: Beef fillet Mignon, served on a bed of toasted bread with butter, served with sautéed porcini mushrooms, mushrooms and dried tomatoes, seasoned with garlic, fresh thyme and chives, topped with Port Wine Ju sauce, garnished with arugula, flakes of parmesan and candied fruits
