Born in the foothills of Sredna Gora, this rakia is a blend of three noble Bulgarian grape varieties, aged for 9 months in oak barrels. It is created in a limited edition of only 501 bottles – a collector’s masterpiece that carries the spirit of the traditions and art of rakia production.
- Troyanska Plum Rakija – 15-year reserve (Bulgaria)
This rakia has an aroma of dried plums, vanilla, leather and a taste of plum jam, chocolate and smoky oak. It will charm you with a smooth, velvety and long finish, as well as with its combination with dried meats and dark chocolate.
- Modern Grape Rakija – 13 years (Gold Medalist at Rakia Fest Sofia 2024)
