The protagonist of this adventure is Chef Lee – a Korean chef with international experience, who brings to Sofia the skill of turning food into emotion. He will not only create the dishes, but will also come personally to your table to talk about his inspiration and reveal a little bit of his culinary philosophy.

The tasting menu includes:

• Sushi – 4 pieces of Uramaki Sake (Chef Lee’s choice)
• Korean Beef Tartare Yuk Hoe (Korean-style beef tenderloin tartare with crispy rice crust)
• Korean Fried Chicken /K-Chicken/ - choice of 3 types: Sweet Chili /Yang-Nyeom Chicken, Soy-Honey /Gan-Jang Chicken, Volcano /Bul-Dak Chicken/
• Gyozi Set (Kimchi Mandu, Korean BBQ Mandu, Vegetable, Chicken, Dim Sum with Shrimp)
• Pad Thai /Pad-Thai/ (Thai rice noodles with sweet-salty and sour sauce, egg, fresh vegetables, coriander and peanuts)
