SUP, or stand up paddling, is a water sport where you stand up on a wide board, similar to a surfboard, using a paddle. It originated in the 1940s in the Hawaiian Islands and quickly became extremely popular due to the fact that it can be practiced in any body of water. Of course, the calmer the water, the more suitable it is for beginners and the easier, more comfortable and more enjoyable it is to learn. The sport of SUP, also known as paddle board, is extremely fun, teaches balance and tones the muscles of the whole body.

- Duration of the lesson – 3 hours
- 5-10 min. instruction
- The service is performed from May to September, in good weather conditions
- Starting times - 10:00; 16:00
- The service is performed in a group of at least four people.
- The service is suitable for children over 7 years old.
- An adult companion is required for minors.
- Maximum weight of the participant - 120 kg.
