A picturesque village, located in the western part of the Danube hilly plain, hides many colorful, cool and sensational surprises - the village of Selanovtsi

We will take you to a cellar hiding a lot of history and fine wines. The experience will begin with a thorough tour of the vineyards, you will see exactly where and how the grapes used to make the wines you will taste are grown. After that, we will pass through the cellar, where you will be able to feel the authenticity not only of the wine, but also of the place itself. Your adventure will end with the tasting of different varieties of wine. You will be carefully introduced and introduced to the entire viticultural process and technological practices that are offered during production and you will taste a series of well-chosen wines:

  1. White varietal wine from Misket Kailashki - a Bulgarian variety created at the Pleven Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking.
  2. White varietal wine from Misket Vrachanski, emblematic of the region
  3. Cabernet Sauvignon rosé wine
  4. Cabernet Sauvignon red wine

Along with the wines, you will also try 4 types of farm appetizers, of which two types of cheese - usually 1 natural and one with blueberry/nettle/dried apricot flavor, one type of cheese and one meat product.
