• 1x "Little Sofia" salad (pink tomato, farm-raised cow's cheese, roasted pepper, pickled red onion, eggplant ragout, crispy bruschetta, parsley pesto and Taja olives) – 400g.
• 1x "Panzanella with burrata" salad (tomato, cucumber, avocado, roasted pepper, olives, croutons, parsley, "Moldon" salt, basil pesto, aromatic dressing) - 400g.
• 1x Appetizer platter served with homemade bread - 500g.
• 1x Salmon fillet with cherry blossom, capers and grilled asparagus – 400g.
• 1x Pork grande chop with homemade french fries and grilled corn – 600g.
