We offer you a choice of one of two menus – meat or vegan:

Option 1 with meat:

Combination of four traditional appetizers, served with bread:

• 1x Mtabal 100 g / Roasted eggplant mixed with yogurt, tahini and lemon juice /
• 1x Mhammara 100 g / Spicy appetizer from Aleppo, made with roasted red sweet and hot peppers, walnuts, olive oil, breadcrumbs and pomegranate syrup /
• 1x Labneh 100 g / Homemade squeezed yogurt with mint, spices, olive oil and black olives /
• 1x Emesa 100 g / Our appetizer of juicy fried eggplant, cut into small pieces and dipped in pomegranate syrup and tahini /

Salads:

• 1х Fattoush salad 250 g / Fresh valerian leaves with mint, tomato, cucumber, pomegranate, radish, pomegranate syrup and Lebanese bread/
•  1х Baba ganoush 200 g/Salad according to a homemade recipe from the city of Homs with roasted red peppers and eggplant, raw red and green peppers, tomato, pomegranate, pomegranate syrup and parsley/

Main:

•  1х Fatti with ground beef and almonds 400 g /Dish in layers with fried Lebanese bread, melting chickpeas with spices, lemon-tahini sauce and beef with fried almonds/
•  1х Marina with mozzarella and biwaz salad 400 g

Option 2 vegan:

Combination of four traditional appetizers, served with bread:

•  1х Mhammara 100 g /Spicy snack from Aleppo, prepared with roasted red sweet and hot peppers, walnuts, olive oil, breadcrumbs and pomegranate syrup/
•  1х Emesa 100 g / Our snack of juicy fried eggplant, cut into small pieces and dipped in pomegranate and tahini syrup/
•  1х Hummus 100 g/Emesa hummus with chickpeas, lemon and tahini/

Salads:

• 1х Fattoush salad 250 g / Fresh valerian leaves with mint, tomato, cucumber, pomegranate, radish, pomegranate syrup and Lebanese bread/

• 1х Mzhaddara with caramelized onions 350 g /Traditional Middle Eastern dish with rice, lentils and caramelized onions, served with tahini-lemon sauce/
•   1х Sabaneh bel tum 400 g /Steamed spinach in olive oil and garlic, garnished with basmati rice according to our recipe/
