What is kintsugi?

Kintsugi - gold bonding, is an ancient Japanese technique for restoring broken porcelain, in which the cracks are filled with gold, silver or platinum. This technique not only restores the object, but also makes it more beautiful, more valuable and reborn. Each defect becomes a unique part of its history, giving it character and making it one of a kind.

Immerse yourself in this unique and inspiring experience, in which we will combine the art of kintsugi with the magic of Asia.

In this workshop, you will immerse yourself in the world of fragile but strong moments that the kintsugi technique symbolizes: the beauty of imperfections and the power to restore what seems broken. You will have the opportunity to touch ancient traditions while enjoying the soothing and beautiful blue tea of Clitoria ternatea - butterfly flower.

The service includes:

• Kintsugi workshop for one person from the Center for Applied Arts and Crafts "The House", Veliko Tarnovo
• All necessary materials and tools
• Compliment - a cup of blue tea from Clitoria ternatea, inspired by Asia
