You will learn about the history and secrets of the hand-made geranium from Botusha.

Gelateria Diana is a place where authentic Italian recipes meet modern technology and create unique gelato flavors. Ice cream is made from natural ingredients - milk, eggs, animal cream, high quality chocolate and cocoa powder from South America, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts and other nuts, fresh seasonal fruits and shock-frozen fruits.

The workshop is designed for those who want to learn more about the technique of making Italian gelato, and for those who like to eat ice cream.

Within the workshop itself, you will prepare a craft gelato according to an Italian recipe. You will have the opportunity to taste freshly made ice cream. With the prepared gelato you will make ice cream on a stick and French macaroni stuffed with gelato.

Finally, you will receive a certificate for the acquired new knowledge and a thermo box (500 g) with a gelato for home.
