  • Check-in takes place after 15:00 and check-out by 11:00
  • Pets with well-established hygiene habits are accepted, with a prior request at the time of booking
  • The voucher is not valid on officially announced holidays and weekends
  • Children up to 12 years stay free of charge on an extra bed (sofa bed)
  • For the accommodation of a child over 12 years old or an adult on a sofa bed, there is an additional charge at the reception (BGN 20 per day)
  • For an additional fee on site, you can also use a sauna (50 BGN), a steam bath (50 BGN), a mountain bike (15 BGN)
  •  When staying in guest houses, a refundable deposit of BGN 100 is required, provided in cash by the client, guaranteeing the coverage of possible damages.
  • Advance booking is required
  • Interest in the houses is extremely high and reservations, especially for weekends, are made several weeks in advance
