Chateau Kopsa is one of the few family wineries in Bulgaria, which covers the entire process of making wine - grows grapes for their own wine, produces in its own winery and bottles in its cellar. Each wine-making bunch is picked by hand in the early morning hours of the day. No more than 30 minutes separate the freshly picked and selected grapes from the vineyards to the winery, which guarantees the freshness and unchanged quality characteristics of the raw wine. The family winery means control and responsibility from the creation of the raw material - grapes during all stages of wine production, laboratory research and bottling of the finished product.

Chateau Copsa is not only a place where you can taste remarkable wines, but also enjoy the magnificent view of two mountains of a French castle nestled between them in the company of delicious food. From Chateau Kopsa there is a direct view of the Anevsko Kale - a medieval Bulgarian fortress located on a high stone hill in the southern foothills of the Balkans.

Tastings can also be held in the cellar of Chateau Copsa, dug into the earthen hill of the castle, where the French and American barriques mature in natural temperature conditions.

The complex has two separate hotel parts - the stone castle Chateau Copsa and the modern art hotel Maison Copsa. The castle has 4 boutique rooms and one apartment, and Maison Copsa - with 19 rooms and 4 apartments. There is a restaurant in each part.

Muscat Apartment

Muscat is the favorite variety of the owner of Chateau Copsa. With the name of this variety we called the deluxe suite, located in the two oval towers of the Château Copsa castle. Here you can really feel like in a fairy tale, spending the night in the soft bedding of the large round bed upholstered in natural calfskin nappa.
